Had a great experience working with Micheal J. Stramaglia at Phillips Chevrolet of Lansing. I requested a trade in estimate online and got a call from Micheal soon after. He helped make the proces Stramaglia at Phillips Chevrolet of Lansing. I requested a trade in estimate online and got a call from Micheal soon after. He helped make the process for the trade in and purchase fast and seemless. The trade in offer was one that I was unable to refuse so we immediately accepted the offer and made a purchase. He also presented a new Chevy Advanced Protection Plus plan to me which can pay for itself with the one time replacements that are included, another offer i couldn't refuse.
