The orhers were slicksters who wasn’t getting my money. My next step was the Mercedes dealer, but thanks to Jay, I never made it there. Also all of the service emplyees who I’ve delt with were excellent and didn’t make me feel stupid although at times I was coming there for stupid reasons (not knowing how to work all the extras). Also, I don’t want to leave out the service manager, Nigel Disilva, he was very pleasant and accommodating. and made it a point that we met. More
