The last two experiences I have had with this company
have not been mentionable. I had my battery replaced under warranty and the tech did not put it back the way it should’ve been from the factory screw

Number two put two calls in to set up for appointment for service on vehicle recalls did not get a call back from the tech Micheal.

My service advisor was Michael Tafur. Michael was amazing. He kept in touch throughout the entire process, got me a loaner while my car was being repaired, and took the initiative to assist me with another issue regarding the missing VIN sticker. If you need service on your vehicle, whether it is body work, major repairs, or a simple oil change, Elder Ford is the place to go. In the service department, make sure you ask for Michael Tafur. He will treat you right! I give him five stars!
