My service advisor was Michael Tafur. Michael was amazing. He kept in touch throughout the entire process, got me a loaner while my car was being repaired, and took the initiative to assist me with another issue regarding the missing VIN sticker. If you need service on your vehicle, whether it is body work, major repairs, or a simple oil change, Elder Ford is the place to go. In the service department, make sure you ask for Michael Tafur. He will treat you right! I give him five stars!

Took until Tuesday morning to tell me that the warning light was not of any consequence and my other issue probably was not going to be a warranty item ( but they didn’t know exactly what the problem was ?) 2 days later after asking the dealership to discover and fix the issue nothing is been accomplished . Impossible to talk to any person at the actual service department and communication is lacking . Seems to be a corporate level process , not any individual employee . Extremely unhappy with the experience
