As promised, he keep me posted on the availability and follow up with me on the status, When the vehicles arrived he contact me and scheduled a test drive. Instead of the usual test drive path they used, Mr Tan allow me to bring it home with me so that i can ensure it can fit my garage. After the test drive, I end up purchased my First Honda Ridgeline 2017 with the help from Mr Michael Tan. He took his time to explain to me all the latest and new technologies that came with the truck. Very professional and the entire purchase process was simple and relax. In additional, he also take some time to follow up with me after the post sales. I would recommend anyone to contact Mr Michael Tan if you need help expertise and advice. Keep up the good work. Low Key Sales, Excellent Staff Our contact began via e-mail with the internet sales staff who were friendly and courteous. When our planned visit conflicted with Bruce's schedul Our contact began via e-mail with the internet sales staff who were friendly and courteous. When our planned visit conflicted with Bruce's schedule he made arrangements for others to be available. When we arrived the contact was busy and a replacement was quickly brought to bear to address our questions. My wife wanted to see the actual vehicles she was interested in to determine color, she already knew the model she wanted. Both were brought out so she could see for herself. Once decided we met with Michael who was both patient and understanding. After extensive negotiations, we reached agreement with his superiors. He was anxious to close the deal and we did not want to hang around so we proposed returning the next day to finalize the transaction. Despite it being his day off Michael returned to finalize things with us and to go over the car with my wife. In the meanwhile, we met with Alex to pay for it and she was a delight in making things flow smoothly. All in all a very pleasant experience. More

I can see why the this GM is in the position he's in and why the employees I encounterd spoke so highly of Jay... Some said he's a man of extreme integrity and understands it he issues of everyday life. My expierience was exactly that...a major snafu took place on Saturday and today it was remedied... Jay showed concer and compassion beyond what was expected. He honored the price that was on the car I wanted to purchase. He also put me in the hands of Mike Tran who was terrific in his own right. Nothing was too difficult for him to handle....Crown Honda I will return with both family and friends because of the ROYAL TREATMENT administered by your organization. More
