I checked online before coming into the store to trade in my 2017 XT5. I recognized Michael’s name when I came in since his picture was associated online with one of the XT5 vehicles that I was interested in my 2017 XT5. I recognized Michael’s name when I came in since his picture was associated online with one of the XT5 vehicles that I was interested in checking out. He was very friendly, professional and efficient. He explained the newer features on the XT5s and the differences between the 2 cars that I was interested in; he superseded my expectations in buying the 2024 Cadillac XT5 vs the 2023 model helping me decide to go with the newer model. The additional cost compared to purchasing a newer model with more features made my decision an easy one. I love the car and I love the silver color with the light interior. Michael made the whole sales process very comfortable and he was great to work with. More
