My experience with DeVoe was one of the most frustrating vehicle purchases I've been through. The salesperson was experienced and generally helpful, but every decision appeared to require approval from m vehicle purchases I've been through. The salesperson was experienced and generally helpful, but every decision appeared to require approval from management. Unfortunately, the sales manager, Danny Bisek ?, seemed completely disengaged. During multiple visits, he remained in his office, rarely interacted with customers, and never made an effort to introduce himself or acknowledge us. The turning point came when we were driving to the dealership to pick up a vehicle we had already agreed to purchase. We were suddenly told the vehicle had experienced a mechanical failure. At the same time, another nearly identical vehicle with more miles became available. Regardless of the explanation, the situation felt very much like a bait-and-switch. What disappointed me most was not losing out on the original vehicle, but the feeling that the process lacked honesty and transparency. Four months later, that experience is still what I remember most. Unfortunately, it reinforced every stereotype people dislike about buying a vehicle. More
