The kid was just showing me cars out some features that were on the car, but then added extra fees on because he said well that's the extra features that you're paying for he didn't say that I had to pay f were on the car, but then added extra fees on because he said well that's the extra features that you're paying for he didn't say that I had to pay for the extra features that they already had put on and in the car so I got charged money for something that came with the car pretty much get a trade-in of 3500 and he tried to add $2895 on but then took half of it off cause I complained honestly think the whole thing should be taken off. Wasn't explained what my credit Interest rate was until I went to sign the papers. I think he needs more training. More

The dealership is local, so that’s why I would recommend it. There were a couple of things that I was disappointed in. We purchased a 25 Honda crv hybrid. The back hatch does not have a lift button inside t it. There were a couple of things that I was disappointed in. We purchased a 25 Honda crv hybrid. The back hatch does not have a lift button inside the car. The salesman said I could just use my key fob instead. That is not true. It does not work, so the whole back hatch is manual. They were offering a gift with purchase. Initially I said I wanted the Blackstone. The very next day, we called our salesperson to say we changed our minds and wanted the $500 visa gift card instead. He assured us there was no problem and that he’d change that. When we picked up the car, we again said we wanted the gift card. We were told it would come to us in the mail after every teas documented This time it was who they refer to as “Big Mike”…he is the general manager. Just yesterday we got a call from Big Mike who was irritated that we refused delivery of the Blackstone. I refreshed his memory about changing the gift…the very next day after purchasing the car. He said to just come pick up the gift card at the dealership. When my husband went in to get the card, he actually rolled his eyes at another salesman and then gave Tim the card. This has left us with a very bad taste in our mouths for the general manager. We hope to receive all of our service there and definitely hope we won’t be treated poorly by those who work there. Our experience was good until yesterday. More
