When I came for service service dept didn’t know parts were in. I was told to go parts dept. he took 20 minutes to check parts were in. Then I went back to service then see Diane to make appointment . I w were in. I was told to go parts dept. he took 20 minutes to check parts were in. Lamp was fixed now I have to wait right part come in, I believe this is terrible service . I never complain but this time I was really upset . GMC needs improvement.gor service and part dept. More
