Gerald Morrison is the best salesperson we've ever dealt with. He was friendly, very informative, not pushy. Questioned us as to what we were looking for in a vehicle. My husband and I were there to replace my vehicle, so I did most of the talking, and Gerald took me seriously. He wasn't dismissive, which I have felt from many car salespeople. Manager Michael Todd reviewed what my/our needs and wants were, helped Gerald to make it happen. We gave them a price range for monthly payments, and they hit it bulls-eye, not $25 or $50 more. James McElroy in Finance helped us get in and out in record time while still explaining everything satisfactorily. We will definitely be returning to Gastonia Chrysler, and Gerald Morrison, in the future! More

The Sales Manager Michael Todd, the Sales Associate Carlos Ratto and Mike Gomes (Commercial Sales) were excellent and a pleasure to do business with. Carlos was my initial contact and while drawn away for personal reasons, Mike Gomes stepped in to help Carlos out until he returned. Michael Todd is a straight shooter and is passionate about taking care of the customers. In fact, the whole team at Gastonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is about the customer. We purchased the extended warranty plan and the Armor Upgrade. We plan to continue our relationship by having this dealer service our new vehicle. We will be putting only Mopar parts and accessories, and we will work with this dealer for these parts. Excellent choice for new Dodge customers and all around great Car Dealership! Easiest vehicle purchase I've ever experienced! After spending weeks of searching for the perfect vehicle for my wife I, contacted Gastonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, through an online vehicle search After spending weeks of searching for the perfect vehicle for my wife I, contacted Gastonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, through an online vehicle search website. By doing so I came in contact with Gerald Morrison. Gerald was able to answer every question I had, and was never pushy for a sale. He understood that I was looking at all of our options. After about a week, and couple messages back and forth with Gerald, I made an appointment to come see the vehicle my wife was interested in. Upon arrival we were treated in a way I have never been at a dealership. Our concerns, our questions, our options were all taken into account. Not once were we pressured into anything. We were able to take a test drive that was more than just a quick trip around the block. As Gerald put it, a person needs to see and feel what they are possibly going to purchase. When we stated that we had one more car to look at, it was respected. By this time, Michael Todd had spoken to us and also made us feel comfortable, as well as let us know that he would help us in any way he could. We did go look at another vehicle, but the fact that we felt at peace while dealing with Gastonia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, we knew that we needed to go back and see what we could do there. We discussed where we needed to be for our numbers to work out, and after very little discussion our offer was excepted. This process had zero headache, zero anxiety, and zero second guessing on whether or not to deal with this location. When we moved on to the finance department, we dealt with James McElroy. What normally seems like it takes an eternity to complete the paperwork, this seemed to go by in no time. Another easy and painless experience. We will, and already have recommended this dealership to anyone who may be in the market for a vehicle. It is well worth the drive, no matter where you are, to come talk to Gerald and Michael. Even if you don't end up purchasing anything, you will have a positive experience. I will be back the next time I am looking. More

We had a budget we were trying to stay within and the dealership worked with us to help us make it happen. There was no pressure to buy.
