The service was scheduled and when I arrived, they started working on my car right away. I needed a replacement part installed, and the work was done properly and quickly. Chapman was not my "home" Ford dealer but it will be the "go to" dealer for my next Ford. My first encounter with Chapman was when my "home" dealer shut down because of COVID. I desperately needed an oil "go to" dealer for my next Ford. My first encounter with Chapman was when my "home" dealer shut down because of COVID. I desperately needed an oil change so I searched for Ford service providers that were open and found Chapman. This time, I took advantage of a service special that included inspection and emissions, oil and filter change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection and exterior wash/vacuum inside/clean windows/tire dress. The price was great and the experience could not have been better. They knew I was waiting. I was in at 9:30 and out a little after 11:30. Chapman Ford is my new service "home." More

Excellent customer service!! We dropped off one of our vehicles making noise in rear to be checked out at after hours drop off. They not only inspected vehicle but sent us video of problem and was also ab vehicles making noise in rear to be checked out at after hours drop off. They not only inspected vehicle but sent us video of problem and was also able to do our oil change same day without any appointment. Service Technician was excellent keeping communication by phone and text. More

This was my first time using Chapman Ford for the servicing of my F250. I am very pleased with my experience! Mike Tufano was very good at communicating everthing that needed to be accomplished on servicing of my F250. I am very pleased with my experience! Had my new truck in for its first service, the ease of making an appointment and the text to pay are great features, the video of my truck being inspected is a really nice feature as well. Only problem i had was there wasn't a pen in the key drop off box to fill out the key envelope. An they didn't rotate my tires, but I guess that's because my truck only has 1500 miles on it. More
