There was a sign on the door requiring masks by Gov Wolf. None of the employees wore a mask covering their noses. Other customers were maskless in the waiting area. Chapman was not my "home" Ford dealer but it will be the "go to" dealer for my next Ford. My first encounter with Chapman was when my "home" dealer shut down because of COVID. I desperately needed an oil "go to" dealer for my next Ford. My first encounter with Chapman was when my "home" dealer shut down because of COVID. I desperately needed an oil change so I searched for Ford service providers that were open and found Chapman. This time, I took advantage of a service special that included inspection and emissions, oil and filter change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection and exterior wash/vacuum inside/clean windows/tire dress. The price was great and the experience could not have been better. They knew I was waiting. I was in at 9:30 and out a little after 11:30. Chapman Ford is my new service "home." More

Excellent customer service!! We dropped off one of our vehicles making noise in rear to be checked out at after hours drop off. They not only inspected vehicle but sent us video of problem and was also ab vehicles making noise in rear to be checked out at after hours drop off. They not only inspected vehicle but sent us video of problem and was also able to do our oil change same day without any appointment. Service Technician was excellent keeping communication by phone and text. More
