This was my first time using Chapman Ford for the servicing of my F250. I am very pleased with my experience! Mike Tufano was very good at communicating everthing that needed to be accomplished on servicing of my F250. I am very pleased with my experience! Had my new truck in for its first service, the ease of making an appointment and the text to pay are great features, the video of my truck being inspected is a really nice feature as well. Only problem i had was there wasn't a pen in the key drop off box to fill out the key envelope. An they didn't rotate my tires, but I guess that's because my truck only has 1500 miles on it. More

Great team. Great truck. They treated me well. Dropped me off at the Linden diner and I got a ride back when the truck was ready. Jeremy, the mechanic, was a great guy and Michael, the service guy.
