I was born and raised in the Windy City (Chicago). Moved to SoCal in 1986 and now a new resident of Arizona. My wife of 26 years and I enjoy playing golf. We have a son, 24 years old, who resides and works in Portland, Oregon. We have two Shitzu’s, Sami and Momo. I’ve been on the aftersales part of the auto industry for going on 37 years. I started with the awesome Volvo brand in 1992, the inception of the 850 model. Been witness to a lot of transition, Volvo is the worlds safest vehicle and continues to be the leader of safety technology.

The Customer service was great and very helpful. I was however disappointed in the technician service’s. I had taken in my car in for routine maintenance two weeks ago and also this past Monday 5/ I was however disappointed in the technician service’s. I had taken in my car in for routine maintenance two weeks ago and also this past Monday 5/22 for a part replacement. My disappointment is that I had the drive to Autozone to purchase coolent and refill it. Two days after my services I was getting a warning message that my coolent was too low and needed to be filled and that my car engine needed to be shut off. So…I was under the impression that was something checked upon services. Also, having my car washed after my services was not very good at all. It needed to be washed again after picking up my car. More
