After having agreed on a price on paper and having put $500 down to reserve the car we met with Anier to pay for the car. First he tried to charge us an additional $4000 for the car. After that was resol $500 down to reserve the car we met with Anier to pay for the car. First he tried to charge us an additional $4000 for the car. After that was resolved he tried to grossly overcharge us for the tags. I understand dealers try to push the warranty package on the buyer but the dealer shouldn't try to rip off the buyer. Each time I questioned the price he would leave the room and supposedly talk with the manager. Michael Veaz was a pleasure. He was very courteous and patient. I met Chris and he also was pleasant. More

Carlos is by far one of the best professionals I’ve ever worked with and definitely the greatest salesman I’ve encountered. My last two vehicle purchases I left the dealerships feeling like a commission and worked with and definitely the greatest salesman I’ve encountered. My last two vehicle purchases I left the dealerships feeling like a commission and less like a happy buyer; for a moment working with Carlos sounded just like my dad sitting me down to discuss vehicle options and industry realities! In other words he transcends the role of salesperson and genuinely made my experience attainable, easy, timely, and enjoyable! I was not inundated with options and opportunities that I didn’t ask for; but, instead we planned around what I was asking for and how we could both make it happen. He carried most of the “making it happen” weight, but it was a great success. Will be back in 2027 when I start to look at my next vehicle option! More

This is my 4th deal with this dealership in 22 years. 4 vehicles, an Avalanche, SantaFe, GMCcsierra, and now Rivian 2022 Launch edition green! The general manager Craig was super helpful and accommodating to make this deal happen. Best Car GM I have met to date and I used to sell cars back in 1989 for Aouth motors in Miami where I ran the owners personal yacht and have the opportunity to work at one of his 5 dealerships. A lot has changed in 36 years but the good principles of customer service never goes out of style and at Starling they are at the top of the heap! Kudos also to my finance officer Cesar for the smoothest quickest delivery with 100 percent satisfaction on the new fangled tap to sign documents to the great presentation on options available in what we used to call the hot seat. 1000 times better thany last experience with a lady who remains anonymous to protect our lives from her possible wrath 🤣so lido to The Who family at Starling and looking at getting my wife in a new car there someday in the near future.! Thanks again all of you, I understand why you were voted number one, because there is no higher than that or you would be that number in my book.
