I cannot thank him and World Subaru enough! Kudos to Nicole Sciamarelli, too! She showed me how all the bells and whistles worked on my new car that didn't even exist when I bought my 2013. I cannot recommend World Subaru enough! More

Best car buying experience ever I had bought a 2019 Outback from a dealer in north Jersey. After a week they told me they couldn't find the car, so I could pay an extra $2000+ for an I had bought a 2019 Outback from a dealer in north Jersey. After a week they told me they couldn't find the car, so I could pay an extra $2000+ for an upgraded model or wait 60-90 days to order the car. Since I already had sold my old car, I was now in a bind. I called World Subaru. I explained my situation to Katelyn Hetrick who promised to help. A few minutes later I spoke to Katelyn's manager, Dennis McWeeney. We had a very honest conversation; i explained what I was promised and Dennis explained why it didn't exist. Then he worked some magic and offered me the upgraded version for pennies away from the car I bought up north. A few days later, Nicole Sciamarelli was explaining the technology, helping me set everything up and away I went. I really could not be happlier! More

He listens to his clients and doesn't go on about why you should have this or that option. He explains what is available and let's you make the decision. Nicole and Tara provide a lesson on the features of the vehicle, in this case a Crosstrek. We had a Legacy. The car is phenomenal with the Eyesite, Adaptive Cruise Control and you can actually project your iPhone or Android apps to the screen. That means you can use Waze right on the vehicle screen. They also have an app that lets you stop or start the car remotely. A great experience. Highly recommended. More
