The original people that I worked with were wonderful, but when upper management stepped in, they became pushy, overbearing, and rude. Also, service was supposed to clean up our car, but we found crumbs a but when upper management stepped in, they became pushy, overbearing, and rude. There are dealerships in this area with much better service that I will be sure to go to from now on. More
