Worked with Michael on a vehicle, spent over 5 hours trying to get the paperwork right and having them take off add ons that they put on the sale that wasn't anything I wanted to add or asked to add. Mike is WONDERFUL to work with! Mike was told what I was looking for, my price range, and my timeline. He was very patient and professional to work with. Not only did he find the truck we were looking for, but he did so in a quick manner. He didn't try and push us in a different direction to sell a vehicle to us sooner. He waited and looked for the truck we were looking for. He was able to find one and had it brought to the dealership in town...the only truck like that in a 500 mile radius. This is the second time we have worked with Mike. The first experience was great as well, but this second time really showed his commitment to his customers. He really went above and beyond for us.
