Bought a used vehicle here. Our neighbors warned us about Corwin's reputation for selling bad used cars, and we should have listened. First of all we were given two keys with Our neighbors warned us about Corwin's reputation for selling bad used cars, and we should have listened. First of all we were given two keys with NO fobs. Okay, used vehicle. We ordered two fobs on Amazon and paid a locksmith to program them. The actual keys we were given didn't work to open the door. We found that out the hard way when we locked the car and couldn't open it with the keys. We paid $100 for a locksmith to come to our house to open the car. The dealership did fix the door issue so the keys would actually open the door, but obviously they never checked the car. I know you take your chances when you purchase a used car, but when you pay $16K for a vehicle you think it would at least go 300 miles before the check engine light comes on. Our first trip to the cities, we didn't even get there before the check engine light came on. The dealership obviously turned this light off when they got the vehicle and sold it "as is" and had to know the light would come on shortly thereafter. And of course the dealership wants nothing to do with helping us out. So we had to take it to a local repair shop to be fixed. I guess shame on us for not having the vehicle more thoroughly looked over. Last time that will happen to us and last time we will purchase or go to Corwin Chrysler Dodge for anything. More
