I originally bought a 2018 Subaru Outback Limited in February from CDJC. June 21, 2021 I was going home from work when an SUV ran a stop sign and T-boned me at about 40. I didn’t see it until impact. It February from CDJC. June 21, 2021 I was going home from work when an SUV ran a stop sign and T-boned me at about 40. I didn’t see it until impact. It pretty much bent my vehicle in half. I got out and walked away, but it was the first time ever felt in my core that I thought that I may die. I went back to Corwin but the salesman I worked with originally was “too busy” on so many occasions I almost left. I pulled up one day, to see what was there one more time, and this guy eating an orange was coming outside. I rolled down the window and asked if he wanted to sell me a car, with a little bit of crazy in my voice because I was dismissed so many times by my previous person. It was Mike out there. I told him I didn’t care how it goes but the sale was to be his. As a professional he went over to the other person and talked to them. Mike was NOT PUSHY, he was PATIENT, professional, and he LISTENED to me. He kept touching base with me while I juggled the rest of my life. He picked up on key things I was looking for and listened to me talk through my whole ordeal over and over from angry, to sad, to almost in tears talking about how life was too short. All while trying to find something that fit my needs, and making me feel like I was the only one he was helping. He is top notch and there is a reason he is number 1. Keep it up Mike. I LOVE my Grand Cherokee. I’ve put on 1,200 miles since I got it 5 days ago and love it more and more with every mile. HE is the first person I will go see for my next purchase. Hopefully it won’t have to be in four months because of a distracted driver. Ha More
