I am a 57-year-old woman and I bought a mint condit honest car dealers out there? Yes! Allen Turner Hyundai in Pensacola took care of me with honor. I am a 57-year-old woman and I bought a mint condition used car from their dealership last week in Pensacola and drove it to my home in Orlando. I absolutely loved the car, but within a few days there was a mechanical issue of great expense that should have been fixed before I drove the car home. Everyone knows that when you buy a used car you drive away knowing that repairs will be needed, but this was clearly not that. While I was buying the car, my salesperson, DJ, had assured me that Allen Turner Hyundai was a company of integrity, and it turns out he was right. Since they couldn’t just make the repair themselves, (I was 7 hours away) but felt it was right to resolve the issue, they worked with a dealer here in Orlando to make sure the repair was made, and the car returned to the mint condition I had bought days before. None of my friends and family thought that the car dealership would do the right thing, but they were wrong, and DJ was right. There are still good people out there. Thank you to DJ Hutzley and the Store Managers Mike Whelan and Dom Hayman and the Owner of Allen Turner Hyundai. In a time when it is hard to believe that anyone cares about honesty, integrity, and honor, you give me hope. I would defiantly recommend you and drive 7 hours to buy a car from you again! More
