Not sure what point of making an appointment when car doesn't go back until 25 min after scheduled time. Mike is rude and unprofessional- came in and handed me my keys and said here and walked away. Have had a few encounters with him and always the same. Next time I'm in market for car I will look elsewhere. Every-time I come in all the reps disappear and I have to stand there until someone finally asks what I'm there for. Even sitting in your waiting room the numerous employees that walk past and can't even say hi or look at you makes your place feel so cold and un inviting. Oil changes are part of my warranty plan and I hate when I have to go there. More

It's hard to put into words how the lack of professionalism combined with almost zero communication along with a myriad of other problems none of which Michael would take responsibility for. A week before I was in with. ..not Micheal .. another service person Saying couldnt find anything wrong with car. A week later took car back in..closing time and Micheal looked at ..not Micheal .. another service person Saying couldnt find anything wrong with car. A week later took car back in..closing time and Micheal looked at my Sheet and could be battery But not sure; volume was low on sheet from the week before. Micheal got me a ride home(5:30 pm) and sure enough Michael was CORRECT. They had to Even jump my car next morning. Thank you to Michael. More
