Surprise, surprise! I recently purchased my leased car from this dealership as a result of a salesman that I have dealt with for several years. I was never informed befor I recently purchased my leased car from this dealership as a result of a salesman that I have dealt with for several years. I was never informed before hand about a number of fees/costs associated with the purchase of my leased car. The finance person brushed over these items very quickly the day of purchase, and seemed annoyed when I questioned some of his explanations. It was only after talking to my salesman that some clarity was provided. He assured me that these charges are standard in the automobile dealership business. If so, than some of the costs associated with the car purchase are excessive and frankly, a big rip off! Some clear and upfront communication in writing, before the actual purchase date, should be a mandatory step in the car buying process. Perhaps I should have shopped around with other Hyundai dealerships before choosing Colonial. More

He never made us feel uncomfortable and was very attentive to our needs. His knowledge of the cars was very impressive and the fact that he drives a Hyundai himself validated all of the important details he shared with us. Being that he is a local guy was a nice touch as well. The fact that Mike has been working with Hyundai for over 11 years spoke volumes about the dedication to his craft and to the brand as well, which gave us peace of mind.
