Frank Cantave, my salesman, and his manager Craig, as well as the rest of the team, really understand how to engage patrons and keep the buying process as pain free as possible. They catered to my truck buying needs and went over and beyond to find me a vehicle, including transporting a truck from out of state since there wasn't a local truck built to my specifications. Here is an example of their commitment to white glove service: I needed to sign one more form, so instead of returning to the dealer, Frank sent a customer service representative to my home with the form for me to sign. This representative, Brandon, also helped me setup my remote access app. I can go on and on about how special this dealer is, but you should experience their customer service excellence for yourself. More
