Upon entering the Ft Myers Hyundai showroom we felt welcomed and were guided to a salesman (JD) to answer questions about the new Palisade. As this was our second purchase with Ft Myers we felt secure welcomed and were guided to a salesman (JD) to answer questions about the new Palisade. As this was our second purchase with Ft Myers we felt secure in our choice of this dealership. JD was very knowledgeable and immediately directed us to the car of our choice. We felt no pressure with JD. In fact I think we put pressure on him. We knew what we wanted and did not want to waste our time. JD was very accommodating to our needs. After delivery JD sat in the backseat and walked us through all of the new features of the 2025 Palisade. As we are fond of saying “everyone has product, not everyone has service” Oh! And the fresh popcorn didn’t hurt either! More
