They don't tell you all the "extra" addons until you want to make a commitment. When I gave them the VIN of my car. "Oh that will be another $2000 and another $1500 since you don't live in New York." Mistakes were made at every step of the process. From listening when I said several times that I was not going to trade in my car and still got it wrong, to my payment receipt showing the wrong amou From listening when I said several times that I was not going to trade in my car and still got it wrong, to my payment receipt showing the wrong amount. I was not offered initially the option of putting a deposit down on a truck which was in the build stage. 2 months after that when I visited the dealership a second time that was offered and the truck came in 4 months in after that.
