He volunteered to pick up the title from our home so we wouldn't have to make drive it back to the dealer with it - that's really personal service- and he arrived at our house exactly when he said he would. Paperwork was handled professionally and efficiently. The dealership facility is clean, comfortable, friendly, we got a very good feeling there. We're animal lovers and were delighted that the dealer was generously sponsoring a community pet event that day. The Encore re-delivery is a wonderful program, very beneficial to have a review after spending some time getting acquainted with the new car. More

Straight forward, polite, respectful, and not pushy. I had the pleasure of working with Mike, Tim, Allen, Dale, and Robert at various points--all serving the customer in a variety of capacities. Never pushy, always respectful, while avoiding dead wait time. There was a general sense of hustle and professionalism by the staff, not evident in other dealerships. This is a reflection of management and what they expect of their employees--their team. The experience as a whole was outstanding. I negotiated a more than fair deal, and upon discovering a small crack in the windshield towards the end, they replaced it completely, and gave me a very nice loaner car to drive for 2 days until the work was completed. I was highly satisfied and would recommend this dealership to any of my family or friends. More
