I did not want to buy a car - just looking on the first visit and then returned to drive the car that I wanted to purchase. It was helpful to have him come to my house to show me how to set up the tech stuff! The space for the behicle brand purchased would not let me enter Beetle!!!! More

I was well aware of how early I was into my lease an the complexity of it but Mike barely tried. I felt like he was just pushing me out the door and just kept telling me its not going to work. I wasn't even given his business card when we left. I even said I was in no rush to turn the car in and was just looking to see what the numbers would look like. He just kept saying I wasn't going to be able to get what Im asking for and that he basically couldn't do anything for me. I understand that he may have been right, but the way he was handling the situation felt like I was a burden to him and that he didn't want to deal with me. Like I said, I was very well aware of the odds of me getting something that I was comfortable with, but he didn't even want to help me crunch numbers, let alone even try negotiating my trade or the car I was looking at. He just kept pushing me away and just wanted me out the door. I also drove 45 minutes to be treated like a nuisance rather than a customer. 1 star cause at lease he was honest. 😑 More

Let’s face it, Subaru’s are excellent cars and usually only require maintenance. The service technicians are A#1, providing customers with a checklist after each service call. More
