This may be long winded but i feel it's necessary - I live in the sticks - population 676. Every dealer is an hour away from me so I called 3 (JW - Sewell_Vangaurd). My experience with one of those place live in the sticks - population 676. Every dealer is an hour away from me so I called 3 (JW - Sewell_Vangaurd). My experience with one of those places was miserable in even trying to talk to someone - they only want you to come into the store it was a nightmare getting basic questions answered - the other dealer offered good information via phone and was professional but not extremely knowledgable - Michel answered my questions fast - both by text and by phone call - we were never waiting around on him. It was a professional experience. when we got to the dealership Michel treated my wife VERY WELL and its something I picked up on right away. During the test drive he didnt try to make sure we were "qualified" to drive a canyon:) like another place did. Matter of fact he let us test drive it ourselves which we GREATLY appreciated. it's very hard to discuss the pros and the cons of a vehicle while the sales person is right next to you........I greatly appreciated that gesture. All in all I just had more confidence in this dealership. More
