I live almost two hours away from the dealership and I put an inquiry in on AutoTrader, immediately I’m flooded with calls even though I had specifically requested not to be called. I get it, that’s how dealers operate. I made sure the car was available, and they wanted to run my credit over the phone. xxxx no, so I went to my bank to do the financing because I don’t like my credit ran 5-10 times just to get a high rate so they pocket extra percentage. On a Monday, I sat at the bank for three hours waiting on them to send over the paperwork on the car with no answer for hours. Tuesday rolls around and at seven PM i send a text asking for the information because I will be going back to the bank the next day. Immediately responded with the car had sold and that they would get me into another car. I have a specific criteria and nothing else met that on their lot. It is now Thursday of the nonstop calls after I have already bluntly told them to cease contact. I will not be doing business with these people, and I would rather try to sell ice to a penguin. This is the sorriest excuse of a dealership and their pathetic business practices. Please steer clear. More

This is the first time I have ever had to write a bad review for any business. Called ahead to make sure the vehicle we wanted to purchase was there before driving two hours. Lady on the phone said i review for any business. Called ahead to make sure the vehicle we wanted to purchase was there before driving two hours. Lady on the phone said it was available (called around 5:30pm) She wanted us to put a deposit down. We declined, and so glad we did! When we got there they said it was sold first thing that morning. Then they offered for us to check out one similar to it. Once we decided to (3 mins later) we saw some family get in it and drive away. Sales guy was also rude about the whole situation. If I could give them a zero, I would! More

I felt as though the deal was a rush deal just for the sale. I didn't feel valued and I didn't feel as though I was heard or even listened to. My experience was pretty good at first the salesmen Chris and Hunter were great to work with. But when I went to pick up my car the customer service was not the same. The sales manager came out and then disa and Hunter were great to work with. But when I went to pick up my car the customer service was not the same. The sales manager came out and then disappeared handing me off to someone I didn’t know. I asked about my paperwork and he returned without it . I left the dealership with no paperwork! Hag to call back and ask for it. Also had to make another payment on my trade in after I was told “you should be good” it will be paid off before it’s due. Then I was told we have 20 days you probably make a payment and your bank will pay you back! More
