Both Michele Hayes and Wayne Truesdail are wonderful and I never hesitate to call them with any concerns/problems with my car. Over the years of have had different cars but the dealership service departmen I never hesitate to call them with any concerns/problems with my car. But Subaru's Service Dept. has been wonderful to me the past 6 1/2 years of the ownership of my Subaru Impreza. I would not hesitate to buy another Subaru from Mathews.
