Hi!! I'm Michele... I have 14 years experience in the Auto Industry. I started when I was 18 years old working for a Hyundai dealership as their "Customer Relations Manager"... Over the years I have prided myself on providing my customers with an exceptional experience!! Most of my career was spent with Volkswagen, but I've been with General Motors now for going on 5 years. I've sold all 4 of their brands; Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, & Cadillac! I love all of our products, their capabilities are nearly endless!! Everything about my experience was excellent — the staff were wonderful, the service was great, and the entire process went smoothly. This easily would have been a 5‑star review. However, I had specifica were wonderful, the service was great, and the entire process went smoothly. This easily would have been a 5‑star review. However, I had specifically asked about a drill‑less option for the front license plate, and I even brought my own tow‑hook‑mounted bracket since I’m moving to Pennsylvania soon and won’t need a front plate. Unfortunately, the dealership installed the standard front plate holder anyway. Now, when I remove it, I’ll be left with four large, noticeable holes in the front of my beautiful new Chevrolet Bolt. Really disappointing, especially after an otherwise perfect experience. — Bill More
