We had a GREAT experience working with Annapolis Subaru!! We talked to several other dealerships and all of them tried to "upsell" us something, always something not of the value of the price they quoted. Helen was very straightforward in her explanations, and encouraged us to drive several different models before we settled on the outback. All of the other staff were equally professional and helpful and it was really nice to work with an office with so many women:) Beth Ryan was also super helpful in our "Subaru U" class, even though we had to do it remotely. We highly recommend this dealership, especially Helen Appel!!! And we LOVE our new Subaru Outback!!! More
