I never thought I would be in an auto-buying situation with a car dealership and NOT feeling annoyed and impatient and suspicious. None of this occurred for me at Annapolis Subaru. During all of my discus with a car dealership and NOT feeling annoyed and impatient and suspicious. None of this occurred for me at Annapolis Subaru. During all of my discussions with Michele and others, I was completely at ease. There was no pressure to 'trade up' to a more expensive model or to additional insurance coverage, etc. At my appointment with Michele, I test drove the model I was interested in, with Michele pointing out various features. She was able to answer all my questions about that model and others. I later upsold myself and purchased a model more expensive than the original model selected. Marissa was patient in explaining the various ways I could finance available enhancement packages. As I was stretching to buy more car than planned, I am watching every dollar and had poor Marissa work the numbers on several package combinations. In short, it was a pleasure dealing with everyone.
