Well I missed up on not booking the correct Bradenton Gettle Toyota. We just moved here so not familiar with Lakewood vs Bradenton. Came in for an oil change but after 2 hrs ran into Michele and she was Gettle Toyota. We just moved here so not familiar with Lakewood vs Bradenton. Came in for an oil change but after 2 hrs ran into Michele and she was AWESOME and expedited the oil change. More

I came in there for service for my Tacoma. I don’t know if the tech leaned on the door but now it’s scratches the bottom of my frame and now it’s starting to dent it. Your technician said it I don’t know if the tech leaned on the door but now it’s scratches the bottom of my frame and now it’s starting to dent it. Your technician said it was because that’s where your feet go, but it is not. I had multiple people try to get in the truck and it’s not a place where you stop. I have been making everyone know and I will post. More

It was okay. She did explain I only had 1 more service left on my warranty. She however sent me out to the wrong car. I had to find my car. First of all when I pulled up the service man told me he couldn't start my car because the battery was broken so I went out and started my car put it in reverse and then forward and moved my car for him. He couldn't start my car because the battery was broken so I went out and started my car put it in reverse and then forward and moved my car for him. He then says oooh it's a hybrid which clearly says it on the outside. When I received my car after 2 hours of waiting I went into my car went to go wash my front windshield only to find out they didn't top off the fluids so I had to turn around and the gentleman that was there actually topped off my fluids and took my car through the wash car he was an older man with a mustache and beard. The boy who dropped off my keys to Michelle was a short Spanish guy. Also they forgot to put a sticker in my car so I know next time when you come. So yeah not to happy with the service department. I had to have my husband check the oil to make sure it was actually clean and full that's how much I didn't trust them More
