Even though we came in without an appointment, Michelle and her crew were very accommodating! They were also very friendly and made us feel welcome. After servicing my vehicle it was left ---WITH THE MOTOR RUNNING--in the lot. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I spoke to Michelle who apologized for "human error" and indicated it probably happened because they wer RUNNING--in the lot. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I spoke to Michelle who apologized for "human error" and indicated it probably happened because they were so busy. She indicated she would speak to the technician who serviced the vehicle. So far I have heard nothing from her regarding this conversation she was supposed to have with the technician. I would hope someone would follow up and determine if any action was taken to avoid any problems in the future. I'm hoping this matter is viewed seriously. The vehicle could have been stolen!!! Hopefully someone from Gettel will get back to me. We'll see!! More

She never checked in on progress there was a checked issue that needed immediate attention and never addressed it.
