have lived in the Northern Virginia area for the past 40 years and now reside in Manassas, VA. I enjoy spending my spare time gardening, outings with my grandchildren and taking long walks with my dog. I'm very competitive with regards to bowling. I helped my father with minor repairs at the age of 10 on our family vehicles. I enjoy the challenge of the automotive business and would like to remain with Brown's for many years to come.

The only problem I encountered was after I returned home that evening, I discovered a mail coupon for $30 off the service that I forgot to bring with me to the service appointment. I contacted Nick the next day and he told me that he thought the coupon could only be applied at the time of payment for the service. He said he would get back to me with a definite answer. He did not do this. I am like everyone else...I am trying to get the best value for my service dollars spent. Applying this coupon would have helped. I can understand if Brown's is unable to apply the coupon since it was my fault for forgetting to bring it with me to the service appointment. However I would certainly appreciate some consideration in this matter. More

I come from Culpeper VA to this place, that's 36 miles. One because it's the place I bought my two Kia Souls, yes, two. Second, because so far they have prove to me their desire to do superb custom miles. One because it's the place I bought my two Kia Souls, yes, two. They listen to me and find a solution to my problems. Prices are fair or better than other places. I hope Brown's open a service center in Culpeper soon! I like their approach to customer service! I recently purchased a 2014 Sorento that needed warranty work performed. The service advisor Michelle was very friendly from the moment I walked in. The job took longer than they anticipated and she offered work performed. The service advisor Michelle was very friendly from the moment I walked in. The job took longer than they anticipated and she offered me a loaner car after about an hour of waitng. I received a call from Michelle when the car was ready and returned to pick it up. The work that was done was great. There were no greasy hand prints or damage to the vehicle from the work. I would highly recommend them for service. Great job!!!! More

Went in for a concern about my transmission. My car was looked at within 10 minutes. Car was test driven but could not duplicate my concern. Car was given 26 point check, no problems. I had to have two bulbs replaced for my VA inspection, the tag light and a side light. The cost was $35.70 for each bulb to be replace. Are you kidding me. Not too bad for a days pay- $105 per hour at the tag light and a side light. The cost was $35.70 for each bulb to be replace. Are you kidding me. Instead he gave me a general form email that anyone would get giving the site to write a review. How unpersonable to answer a concern. More

To begin, I typically despise/dread car shopping. Fortunately, I found Brown's Kia and that dread is now gone. I found a used vehicle online and went to check it out at Brown's on a Friday night. Fortunately, I found Brown's Kia and that dread is now gone. I found a used vehicle online and went to check it out at Brown's on a Friday night. Pleasantly, I wasn't "attacked" by the salesperson when I got on the lot. In fact, he let me approach him after I checked out the exterior of the vehicle I was there to inspect - that was a big plus for me. Further, after my test drive I told my sales person (Tom Donovan) that I'd be back then next day to see the vehicle in the day light. He didn't try to "hold" me there, but merely got my contact information and we set up a time for me to return for a second look. Well, I did return and it was a no-brainer on making the purchase. It was hassle free and pleasant. After working with Tom on the paperwork, I was handed off to Derek Ryan, General Sales Manager to finalize the sale. Derek was easy going, yet professional. We joked a bit, which sets me at ease, and he made me feel confident about my purchase. It was a relatively fast process and I was very pleased about the entire deal. I purchased an extended warranty and had to bring my vehicle back for an interior stain proofing, as part of my warranty. Between my purchase and return (2 days) a star crack - the size of a nickel - appeared on my windshield. Needless to say, I was bummed. When I got to Brown's, I explained my situation to Hekmatullah Abbasi ("Hek"), the Used Car Sales Manager, and he said he would have it taken care of for me. Hek handed me over to the capable Service Advisor, Michele Bolden. Michele was the friendliest service advisor that I have ever dealt with at any dealership. She set me up in a new Kia Optima loaner while my vehicle was in for the warranty service. Needless to say, I am extremely impressed on how I was treated by everyone at Brown's Kia. The entire experience has left me a "believer" and I will be giving them my service business and future purchase business. More
