Edgar was great, top notch, Arrigo in total is click bait to get you into their doors, business manager took on a lengthy meeting keeping me waiting for a long time to process my payment even though I was ha to get you into their doors, business manager took on a lengthy meeting keeping me waiting for a long time to process my payment even though I was having issues with my bank she didn’t even ask someone else to help me process my payment. Thankfully I purchased my truck cash and never have to step foot there again. Edgar helped turned a bad experience into a better one with his high level of customer service and support. More

One star is the lowest option available or I would rate lower. Years ago, I bought a new Jeep from this dealer. I have had the car serviced there ever since. My last two experiences have ended my rela lower. Years ago, I bought a new Jeep from this dealer. I have had the car serviced there ever since. My last two experiences have ended my relationship with this dealer. One year ago, made a service appointment to have routine oil, etc. I showed up at the appointed time and stood by my car for 1/2 hr. Not one person ever said “I’ll be with you in a moment….good morning” or anything to acknowledge my presence. After 1/2 hour, I backed out of the lane and had my car serviced elsewhere. Nobody ever contacted me to see what happened or if I needed to reschedule. A few months ago, I received a coupon for special pricing on an oil change. Not only did I do the service but also several thousands of dollars of other recommended things. Though I knew I could get these items done more cheaply somewhere else, I let them do them. When I picked up the car, they would not take my credit card without a 2% or 3% surcharge. They would not take a check so my only option was a debit card, which I usually refuse to use because of fraud. When I got home, I more carefully reviewed my bill and discovered that I did not get the coupon rate. A call to the service advisor resulted in his admission that he forget to type in the code. Now, how to get my $48 bucks??? They couldn’t credit my debit card. They said that “corporate” had to mail a check. Four calls and a month later and I gave up. My time is more valuable and I was just getting upset with no results. I am in the market for a new Jeep. Guess where I will not be shopping or ever going for service again? I am sorry for poorly rating the individuals below. I had to rate someone and I don’t know who I worked with. More
