He began the buying process with me this time, helped me with my trades, and brought a vehicle to my house to show me. Holm Automotive service to the customer is second to none. I am writing to thank Tim Holms, Michelle Holt, and Willie Thomas from Holms Automotive in Abilene, KS, for the excellent service and care I received when purchasing my new Buick Envision. I had a 2 m Willie Thomas from Holms Automotive in Abilene, KS, for the excellent service and care I received when purchasing my new Buick Envision. I had a 2 month old Camaro that was blown off the road in a terrible thunderstorm and received significant hail and body damage but it did not total my car. I was informed it was going to take months to get parts to repair my car and I only had car rental insurance for 1 month. I was between a rock and a hard spot and could have been taken advantage but Holms Automotive was honest and treated me more than fairly. I have worked with Michelle before and she knows I hate to dicker for price. I told her I needed a vehicle immediately and that I wanted the blue 2022 Envision Avenir, she came back with a great price for my Camaro. Holms Automotive would work with my insurance to pay for repair on the Camaro (no longer my problem) and sale me a new Envision. The deal was made, then…. I saw a red 2022 Envision Avenir that just got off the truck and asked if I could change vehicles. Michelle was great and told me no problem and the next day I drove off in my new SUV. Tim greeted us when we went to pick up the new red Envision Avenir. What a wonderful honest person that did NOT take advantage of my terrible situation. We then closed the deal with Willie who is the business manager. This is usually the worst part of purchasing a vehicle but we were laughing during most of the transaction. I am now a very happy driver of a great vehicle. I feel safe and comfortable in my new SUV. The Buick Envision Avenir is fantastic vehicle. Thanks again to the Holms Automotive team. More
