We made an appointment and when we got there Michelle had it nice and clean and warmed up. We made the trade and everything went well and we didn't feel pressured by Michelle. She was very helpful in showing us how to work everything and was very knowledgeable with the vehicle. There was a minor problem with a paint chip and she went out of her way to come and get the car the very next day and get it taken care of. I would not hesitate to send a friend to her to buy a car there. Holm Auto has a very nice showroom floor and excellent and helpful staff.
