This is the second vehicle I have gotten from them and I will never go anywhere else. Michelle Holt is such a great sales rep and makes the whole experience relaxing instead of stressful. The staff is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to assist you in anyway they can. I have never felt like I was being pressured to buy, trade or lease or feel ripped off like I have at other dealerships. It is well worth the 1.5 hour drive from Wichita to go to this beautiful small town and this outstanding dealership. Thanks Michelle for all you did for me and I will look forward to returning and see what I get next time:) More

They will treat you like a person, not just another customer. They stay in touch and know you by name when you come in the door! The hospitality is awesome. I have had experience with the service department as well and the service is no different in that department. After you find the deal you were looking for it's a no pressure routine and you will enjoy the whole experience. Some of my favorite folks work there and it's not a new staff every time you walk thru the door. I believe the staff is as happy to be there as I am! The dealership is also beautiful and super clean. I will keep coming back to Tim Holm for all of my future vehicle purchases. More

From the first time we visited to start looking, until we picked up the car we purchased - every person we spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Jeff went above and beyond to make sure the car we chose was perfect for our daughter. He explained all the safety features, how to link up our phones, set up the OnStar, and install apps on our phones. Since we picked it up, he continues to check back and make sure everything is going well. Holms is a perfect example of a family owned business that truly cares about their customers - all those awards are well deserved! We will definitely be back next time we're in the market for a vehicle!!! More

Making a bad situation better. I was in an accident today and was not at fault but my car was still damaged greatly. I took it straight to Holm Automotive and their fantastic body I was in an accident today and was not at fault but my car was still damaged greatly. I took it straight to Holm Automotive and their fantastic body shop. Dede greeted me like an old friend and let me know some steps I could take to make the situation run smoother with insurance. She immediately tried to locate me a rental car. On my way to the rental desk, I stopped and was greeted by Niles and again was treated like family. I know that he'll work hard to make sure I'm not waiting on parts when it comes to the repairs. Once at the front of the dealership, Michelle, Matt & Ross took time from their very busy days to see if it was a good time for me to get out of my lease and into a new vehicle. Because why not get something new instead of driving the old wrecked car right!! :) In the end I'll be having my car repaired there but I was still given an upgrade on my rental to accommodate my needs as a part time DJ. Tim, himself even came out to make sure that I was feeling ok after the accident first and that I was being well taken care of. You want to come to this dealership if you want friends and family to welcome you in. THANK YOU TO ALL!! More

She made the car buying actually fun, no pressure, and always kept up with the inventory to get us just the right one, at the right modest price. JR made the financing an easy process, and was pleasant to work with. I had bought a 07 Impala several years ago (with the help of Michelle and JR) and still have it. It works great and a very nice car. Our 2012 Silverado is just what we wanted, and love it. The service department checked it out and made needed repairs. We did have one minor problem that was quickly fixed. The service department is extra clean, friendly, and the people that work there are top notch. The waiting area is pleasant. In stark contrast, we made a mistake of buying a vehicle from a Salina dealership a few years ago, and it made us appreciate Holm's even more. The Salina dealer sold us a vehicle that needed basic things that they claimed they checked out (they didn't). There was a minor problem and the service department and the salesman had a "no can do" attitude. My usually laid-backed husband finally got it resolved after getting very angry. A Horrible experience. In summary, go to Holm's for your vehicle. It really is 5 stars...... More
