I went home and scratched out my bills and revenues,discovering that I would have trouble keeping up with my payments. I called Michell first thing in the morning and explained my plight. She didn't bat an eye before asking me how can we help. I had my eye on the Cruze turbo diesel with its superior fuel mileage and we made the deal virtually over the phone. We finalized the deal the next morning(Saturday),also her day off duty and I drove home in the Cruze before noon. A great car and dealing with quality people,I am very satisfied. Great Buy I originally started working with Michelle after showing interest in a vehicle on their website. The next day Michelle reached out to me and kept in c I originally started working with Michelle after showing interest in a vehicle on their website. The next day Michelle reached out to me and kept in contact with me over the next few days accommodating me using the different channels of communication including calling personally, emailing me instantly, and allow me to text constantly! Once arriving at the dealership I was greeted with smiling faces from the front door from the receptionist to every sales person I made eye contact with. Mr. David explained everything in terms I could understand and made sure I knew what I was accepting with the vehicle. After dealing with Mr. David I finished with Mr. McGee and he also was very nice and explained everything to me regarding the finance! I did not feel pressured to accept anything and they make sure you are completely comfortable with your car buying experience. I truly enjoyed my experience and am thankful I made the trip to the dealership. I can't say enough about this dealership. Everyone treated me so fairly and I am grateful that they did. After coming back from Afghanistan I had some problems and got myself into financial difficulti treated me so fairly and I am grateful that they did. After coming back from Afghanistan I had some problems and got myself into financial difficulties. My credit was basically ruined. Yet, inspite of this, Holm Auto worked very hard on my behalf to qualify for a loan They didn't have to. I am still surprised at how hard Corey, Michelle and Matt went to work on helping me purchase a good used car that would last me for a while. They went beyond what other dealerships were willing to do for me. In fact other dealerships wouldn't even consider me, but Holm Auto did. When I arrived to pick up the car, Michelle greeted me so warmly, like I was an important member of the family. Corey continued that same family feeling in working out the final issues with the loan and loan payments. He even took the time to set up my payment plan and give me such good advice that will help me in the years to come. Matt was so supportive and encouraged me to keep up the good work I was doing. He was so sincere and I felt like a thank you to all of them was not enough for all they did for me. When people are in a tough spot, they need a helping hand to get restarted.
