i went in for a service on my previous truck because of transmission problems, the repairs were more than i wanted to spend on my old truck but i knew i still owed money on it and no dealership would ever transmission problems, the repairs were more than i wanted to spend on my old truck but i knew i still owed money on it and no dealership would ever take it for trade needing a new transmission, but i decided to give it a shot, i was introduced to michelle, by chuck, the very professional service center consultant who was a big help, if it wasnt for him persuading me to talk to michelle about trading my truck in i would still be bumming rides to work, michelle was straight forward and very polite and answered all my questions and was honest about the stuff she didnt know, she didnt try to hide stuff or act like she knew something when she didnt, she introduced me to corey, and corey is super professional and will fight to get you what you want, at first i doubted him but after 2 days of hard searching corey found me the resources i needed to get out of my old truck and now im the owner of the truck of my dreams. thanks to all of yall. i would highly recommend holm auto to anybody More
