I live in a rural area of Kansas and am very busy with school and work. I originally sent out e-mails to several dealerships to feel out ahead of time where I wanted to travel. I did not spend a whole lot of time on the lot, because I live two hours away from Abilene, but I may as well have been dealing with someone next door, as I never felt out of the loop or uncared about as a customer. When I finally went in to pick up my car, they were quite busy, but I still didn't have to wait long to finish up. Michelle made sure I had a full tank of gas and knew how to run all the gadgets in my new car as well. This is a dealership to which I will return. More

Overall I was pleased with my experience. I was disappointed when lead to believe the vehicle I was purchasing was GMC certified and I would get additional 12 months/12,000 mile warranty then durin disappointed when lead to believe the vehicle I was purchasing was GMC certified and I would get additional 12 months/12,000 mile warranty then during buying process I was told neither was correct. I just recently retired from the Police Department in Junction City, Kansas. I wanted to treat myself to a retirement gift and had always wanted a Chevy Silverado truck. After checking locally in my community and in Manhattan Kansas, I observed plenty of nice looking trucks but none of them that really stuck out. Once I went online to check Holm Automotive, I looked through and oberved a 2009 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ, that I could not keep my eyes off of. I remember for the next three days even on my last few days on the job I kept going to the website and read every details at least five times over the truck I wanted. So one Saturday I sent an e-mail and in about 10 minutes I received a call from Michelle, and she invited me down to take a test ride in the vehicle. My wife and I went down and test drove the vehicle and before I knew it I was driving away with the truck I wanted. Michelle,demostrated lots of knowledge about the vehicle and the hospitality by the rest of the staff was just outstanding. Again thank you Michelle for making my retirement just that must better.
