I live in a rural area of Kansas and am very busy with school and work. I originally sent out e-mails to several dealerships to feel out ahead of time where I wanted to travel. Michelle was one of the f school and work. I originally sent out e-mails to several dealerships to feel out ahead of time where I wanted to travel. Michelle was one of the first back to me, and was happy to work with me on the terms that I needed to work with. I did not spend a whole lot of time on the lot, because I live two hours away from Abilene, but I may as well have been dealing with someone next door, as I never felt out of the loop or uncared about as a customer. When I finally went in to pick up my car, they were quite busy, but I still didn't have to wait long to finish up. Michelle made sure I had a full tank of gas and knew how to run all the gadgets in my new car as well. This is a dealership to which I will return. More

Overall I was pleased with my experience.
