I got at least one follow up call or email every week until the car arrived. I flew to Appleton last week to close on it. The process was simple and easy. After the closing Michelle spent time going over the features of the car and helped me get my hands-free set up. This was truly one of the best experiences I have had purchasing a car. We met Michelle and we have never had such a knowledgeable and fun sales person. We were looking at the 2017 Prius. She explained that they had more coming in, but we decided to try one out that was there. First Michelle wanted to show us the parking assist feature. We were all laughing hard by the time that was done. She then went on to explain the other features of the car. She knew a lot about that car! We went into the office to talk numbers. As we were waiting for the numbers to come back we walked around the dealership. Everyone was so friendly and liked to joke around. Anyway, the numbers came back. Michelle said she worked for us and I believe her. We knew the minimum price we would take for our trade in and we got it. The deal was good and we ended up signing the paperwork that night with Jim. It was late in the day, but Jim made sure we understood everything. He liked to joke around too. Made for a very pleasant car buying experience. No stress car buying, I like that. More
