Way early in the morning, but here is this young woman, with a big, friendly smile holding the door open for me! Before I got halfway through the door, I instructed her that I wanted, " a WOMAN sales person please". When she replied with, "I am" !! I knew it was going to be a great experience. It has been so! She is calm, patient, undemeaning, knowledgeable and exudes kindness!!! Through her, I found everyone in the building helpful! My car is trustworthy! No problems and a joy to drive! I've had contact with the service department only twice, once for a simple comptuter setting I did not know how to work. Red carpet treatment! The service man even came out and drove my car in the lot to be certain he understood. The 4 "free" oil changes, the first 25K miles, also makes the experience of owning my LX Camry feel Red-Carpet-special! My Thanks to each and every one of this TEAM...you have salesmanship and service down to an art! More

They regained my trust I swore I would never come back to Kolosso for any reason after the experience I had there with a salesman many years ago. However, it was a holiday w I swore I would never come back to Kolosso for any reason after the experience I had there with a salesman many years ago. However, it was a holiday weekend and my Toyota that o had purchased in Oshkosh was totaled in an accident and it needed to be towed to a dealership. Reluctantly I had the tow company take it there. In the process, they offered to match the price I had gotten for a rental car and after telling my story to the lady at the front desk who assumed I had bought the car there, she gave me Michelle Nelson's card and said she was great. Michelle had an uphill battle winning my trust back and we ran into many complications, but through it all she went to bat for me every time. As it turns out, I ended up with a Toyota Yaris is and I love it. But just as important, Michelle had won my trust back for the rotors dealership in Appleton. I gained a car, and a friend.
