I had a very comforting experience at Kolosso Toyota in Appleton Wisconsin. The staff and my sales rep. Michelle Nelson made me feel at ease about buying a new car, and when Michelle explained the features of the Toyota Prius (a model I've never bought before) I got so excited to drive it--that has never happened before. Also, the purchase experience was very relaxed and painless thanks to Jerry and Kolosso's financing people. This also marks the first time that a dealership has followed up with me, making sure I received my license plate and other paperwork, and Michelle emailed and mailed me asking for my thoughts on the car a year after driving it. This is stellar customer service, something rare in the car industry where a dealership isn't trying to make a sale but is, instead, concerned that you pick out a car that suits your needs, personality and comfort level. No doubt about it, I will return to Kolosso and Michelle to buy my next car. Please give this dealership a try. More
