The staff at Wayne Ford went above and beyond. Went in for routine service they found an issue,they got me a ride home and DELIVERED the vehicle when it was done. Kudos to Michelle and Wayne ford. Voicemail full, could not leave message. Was not receiving updates. Took very long to solve simple problem. Even when I dropped the car off I was told I had till 8pm to drop off then I show Was not receiving updates. Took very long to solve simple problem. Even when I dropped the car off I was told I had till 8pm to drop off then I show up and they say drop off is in the morning, but they would make an exception. After 1 week they said that they can’t find the problem, I told them to wait an extra day. I show up next morning and then they said they turned the car on and saw the problem. Took another 2 weeks to figure out it was the alternator. I am not a car expert, but it does not make sense to me that it should take two weeks. I come to pick up my car and I had to find the tech to tell me what was wrong because initially I was just given a bill with no explanation. Also text feature to receive updates is useless as I never received a response. More
