service was terrible no loaner car as promised in the Gold Certification it took three times and all were canceled because no loaner car. ended up having to rent a car and still waiting on the reimburse Gold Certification it took three times and all were canceled because no loaner car. ended up having to rent a car and still waiting on the reimbursement from Ford it took 4 months to get my Seat belt fixed and a spare Key More

I've been around a while and I've bought a few new cars, mostly Fords. I seen some absolutely abhorrent behavior from car dealers and their service departments. Unfortunately a lot of that behavior was dire mostly Fords. I seen some absolutely abhorrent behavior from car dealers and their service departments. Unfortunately a lot of that behavior was directed at women, who presumably don't know any better, all in the service of the almighty dollar. For those of you who don't' know here is how this works: The dealership (I'm not calling out any names Chevy) buys an expensive piece of equipment that is guaranteed by the equipment sales rep to reap much profit for the dealership. The only problem is that the in order to justify the expense, the pressure is put on the service managers to push the new equipment services even though it's only needed on higher milage cars. This turns into strong arm tactics that include but not limited to scary scenarios of engine damage, guilt trips and back room police style mental beatdowns. If anybody tries to push fuel injection cleaning, coolant flushing or trans fluid flushing, ask them to point to the part of the operators manual that states this has to be done. Guess what, it's not in there. So my point is that Wayne Ford doesn't do this. They are very straight shooters and I believe are really care about their customers. More

I had a problem with all my ignition coils that were under warranty which caused non-warrnty parts, 16 spark plugs and the spark plug wires to fail. I was initially charged to replace those non warranty under warranty which caused non-warrnty parts, 16 spark plugs and the spark plug wires to fail. I was initially charged to replace those non warranty parts but after talking with Paul & John they helped to lower the cost to me significantly. They agreed that the failure of the non warrantied parts and the cost to make the repairs should not fall fully on my shoulders More
