All problems with the Fusion are always resolved quickly. However the transmission replacement issue took longer because of approvals. Brought the car in August 2025 with transmission shifting hesitation und However the transmission replacement issue took longer because of approvals. Brought the car in August 2025 with transmission shifting hesitation under the original Ford Protect Extended Plan that expired on 9/18. Turns out it was a torque converter issue and it was decided to replace transmission. Replacement approved under the new Ford Protect Continued Service plan I bought starting 9/19 and work was completed on 1/7/26 - picked up on 1/9/26. The deductable was higher. More

It was fine I wish it texted me a report like some other dealerships but it's fine! I tried to order a cover for my truck bed and they gave me a hard time not the fault of the girl that helped me it was the dealerships but it's fine! I tried to order a cover for my truck bed and they gave me a hard time not the fault of the girl that helped me it was the parts people I just ended up ordering it at the Paramus dealership instead! I rotated my tires and now it needs an alignment I wish they would been able to notice that but it's okay! It's located conveniently so I probably will just end up coming back! More
