She is responsive but not pushy. Always a follow up and got answers to questions if she didn’t know the answer on the spot. Finance person was very pleasant and professional. Overall, it was a quick and smooth process. All of the people were friendly and the facilities look good. Great deal My sales person (Michelle Russo) was very low key. She showed my wife an me several cars and let us test drive them. None of that get it before it goes, or what can we do to let you take the car today? My wife and I wanted check out another car dealer. The other dealer happened to be a Chevrolet dealer. We test drove one (1) car (with the salesman) and the pressure was on. Before we knew it we were in the finance guys office working out financials. We were nice as we could be. Considering the car was about 10k cheaper than the Ford they wanted outrageous payments. A few days later I called our sales person and asked if we coul come back and test drive the Flex again. When we arrived Michelle had the Flex sitting there waiting for us. She gave us the “fob” and explained some of the interesting things about the Flex and sent us on our way. NO SALESPERSON RIDE ALONG. When we got back we started talking finance. We gave a ballpark figure on what we wanted to pay. She worked her magic with whomever she needed to and got us a lower figure than we gave. Now working with the finance officer we got the car a little cheaper than she said. We got a car that had a MSRP 10k higher price than the Chevrolet at a lot lower price. Everyone at Nick Nicholas was pleasant, friendly and seemed eager to please. I forgot the woman’s name but she got on the phone with me and my insurance company to get the insurance transferred without a hitch. Nick Nicholas Ford is a class act. More
